Only six kilometers separates the Aviator LCD (Khimki) from the Moscow Ring Road and, accordingly, from the capital. In order to get into it, it is necessary to move along the Leningradskoye and Novoshodnenskoye highways. The address of the complex: Planernaya microdistrict, houses 3, 5, 6, 7. Description
For the construction of a residential complex allocated an area of eleven hectares. All this is necessary for the construction of four residential buildings and shopping centers. Objects are being built according to the latest technology in the form of monolithic buildings lined with bricks. Thus, it turns out that the wall frames are built in one piece, and the outer walls are made of two layers of aerated concrete blocks. Outside, facing brick gives a beautiful view of buildings. LCD "Aviator" (Khimki) will be spread over one hundred and fifty-five thousand square meters. These are four residential buildings and two shopping centers. All planned buildings will be completed in one storey - seventeen floors. And in all, the project provides for the placement of underground parking lots for the total number of parking spaces - four hundred seventy-two, which cannot but please future owners-motorists.
Three buildings of the complex will consist of four hundred and forty-eight apartments in each. And one more - out of two hundred thirty-nine.
Flats

The latter can be provided by the developer himself in order to save time and money of the owner of the apartment.

Directly behind the complex, a forest begins with the Skhodnaya River flowing in it . This allows residents of the complex to enjoy clean air, in contrast to the gas-polluted metropolis.
Infrastructure is also developed. Since the complex is located in the city of Khimki, it uses all its infrastructure. Construction problems
The buildings of the complex are being built in the order according to which Aviator LCD (Khimki) was designed. The contacts of its original developer, AleutStroy, which suspended construction in 2015, are on the official website. And this residential complex is not the only unfinished developer. To date, the administration of Khimki has not been able to find a new investor-developer. Therefore, the complex remains unfinished, which violates the rights of equity holders. Until now, not all buildings have been erected in the Aviator residential complex (Khimki): photos show this. And when it will be fully completed - it is not known, since there is no documentary evidence of the investor’s consent to continue the work.
