The Moscow region or, as people say, the Moscow Region includes:
- 29 districts;
- 5 administrative municipal units of the closed type;
- 32 cities subordinate to regional authorities;
- 2 urban-type villages of regional subordination.
The capital of Russia itself is a separate subject of the federation and is not part of the region. The authorities of the Moscow Region are located both in Moscow itself and in the city of Krasnogorsk (350 m from MKAD).
PGT Silver Ponds
An urban-type settlement or a worker in the Moscow region with a population of just over 9 thousand. It is believed that at the end of the first millennium, the area under modern Silver Ponds was inhabited by Vyatichi, archaeological excavations confirm this opinion. While there was fragmentation in Russia, the lands passed from Chernigov to the Ryazan principality. Due to frequent raids, the village was always small.
But at the beginning of the last century there were 3 schools in the village, and in 1912 even a higher primary school was opened. By 1941, there were about 30 thousand inhabitants in the village. In 1961, the settlement received the status of a working village. And in 2015, Silver Ponds began to obey the regional authorities, the city district was formed.
The village is located 160 km from the capital of the Russian Federation (along Kashirsky highway). Here lies the railway line Necklace-Pavelets.
Today in the village is under construction LCD "Orchid". This is a monolithic 5-story building with 3 sections. The house will have one and three bedroom apartments. On the ground floor of the house there will be commercial real estate, and in the courtyard - a children's and sports ground, parking. From the train station to the house is only 1.5 km.

During the Second World War, the village was occupied by the Germans (from 1941 to 1942).
Currently, the House of Culture, a secondary school, a music school, and a museum of local lore operate here. The village is gasified, electric trains go here. A brick and electric lamp plant is operating, mineral table water is produced.
In the urban-type settlement Shakhovskaya new residential buildings are constantly being built. Developer - MPKH "Shakhovskaya", the founder of which is the district administration. Housing in the Moscow region is becoming increasingly popular, because here you can buy an apartment much cheaper than in the capital. It is also an opportunity to get to work without any problems and live away from the city bustle.
One of the interesting projects is the Ecograd-Obukhovo residential complex in the urban-type settlement Obukhovo. Moscow is only 28 km from the Gorky Highway.
The residential complex has one-, two- and three-room apartments, there are also two-level apartments. The cost per square meter of 48 000 rubles. The developer works with a military mortgage and under standard loan agreements.

LCD βOn 169 Dmitrievskoye Shosseβ is also being built in the village. These are business class apartments with panoramic views of the park area. The developer is a state-owned enterprise, and all the buildings of the house are commissioned.
Where else can I live?
In addition to apartment buildings in the Moscow region, there are many houses in urban-type settlements (in the so-called cottage villages).
By the way, in November of this year there is a certain drop in the cost of private homes. The price also depends on the distance from the Moscow Ring Road. If the cottage village is located 20 km from the capital, then the cost for 1 m 2 starts from 90-96 thousand rubles, if the house costs 60 km and further, then housing can be found at a price of about 40-46 thousand for 1 m 2 .
So, for example, in the village of Sholokhovo (Mytishchi urban district), the Ecodolie project (15 km from MKAD) is being implemented. Here you can buy a cottage at a price of 8.9 million. This is a house with an area of ββ110 m 2 in two floors. On the territory of the village under construction, townhouses and apartments are for sale.
