Forwarding Description
The principle of the service is extremely simple. When your number serviced in the network of a particular operator becomes unavailable while someone is calling him, call forwarding is triggered (from Beeline to MTS, for example). Thus, being outside the coverage area of Beeline, you can take an important conversation for yourself to the MTS number, which will be available at this time.
The same principle can be applied to SMS messages. To read what was sent to your inaccessible Beeline number, forwarding will help. It is noteworthy that the restrictions for using the service are quite insignificant - that is, you can, for example, receive incoming calls on your landline phone.
Kinds
Modern mobile communication allows four types of call forwarding. The difference lies in their functional features and the purpose for which they could be applied.
The first is full call forwarding. Beeline uses it if any call or SMS is sent to the subscriber’s number. Everything that comes to your phone, without exception, will be sent to the number specified in the settings. Thus, the user will be able to receive calls, and SMS - to read and send a response. Here, however, it is worth clarifying: if you answer the subscriber from the phone to which the call was forwarded, he, of course, sees only his number. Therefore, in such cases, it should be clarified, for what reason and who exactly addresses the person.
Another option of using the service is when Beeline uses call forwarding only if there is no answer to an incoming call for a long time. Let's say someone calls your number and waits while you pick up the phone. If nothing happens (you just don’t take it), the system redirects the caller.
The third option format is if the mobile phone is out of range of the network. It can be disconnected and for this reason it is not registered in the Beeline network. Forwarding will allow a person to reach you using a different number.
Finally, the fourth model of service provision is a busy line. In this case, while you are talking with someone on your primary phone, the caller will be directed to the forwarding number. Beeline, in this way, will allow you to answer the call to another person while you are talking.
Terms of Use
We have already mentioned above that the service is completely free. And this is a huge advantage. On the operator’s website, where in addition to how to redirect to Beeline, prices for the service are also described, there are “zeros” everywhere. Therefore, there is no connection fee. There are no monthly fees for each month of working with this option.
Money is charged only in some cases. The first is the cost of a minute of your conversation on the “Country in Touch” and “Free Style” tariff plans: after 200 minutes of conversation, it is 1.7 rubles per minute. Another condition is the cost of forwarding to fixed-line numbers (8-800- ...), which is connected to physical subscribers. It is 3.5 rubles per minute.
Depending on what tariff the payment system has for the user, forwarding Beeline to Megafon can cost up to 3.5 rubles, although initially the operator declares that there is no charge for services.
Control
You can work with the option using short queries posted on the operator’s website. The main command, for example, is * 110 * 031 # - a request for connecting forwarding. An alternative way to redirect to Beeline is 0674 09 031.
It also provides a list of commands that let you select the type of call forwarding. For example, if you want all calls to be forwarded without exception, you need to dial ** 21 * phone number #; If you are interested in forwarding only those to which you have not answered, dial ** 61 * phone number #.
In order to direct calls when the number is busy, the combination ** 67 # is used, and for forwarding in case the phone is switched off, dial ** 62 #.

Turn off call forwarding
In order to deactivate the option, there are also special short request commands. They consist of # characters and look like this: to cancel any directions, dial ## 002 #; if call forwarding is not needed - ## 21 #. In order to refuse any one service format, dial: ## 61 # (call forwarding if you did not answer the call), ## 67 # (if the number is busy), ## 62 # (canceling the call forwarding when the phone is off) .
Forwarding in roaming
The option can be used even if the subscriber leaves the territory of the permanent operation of his number and travels, for example, abroad. The principle of the service in this situation is preserved. And besides, using call forwarding in roaming you can save. For example, you can connect the direction of incoming to the number of the local operator of the country where you are. Even SMS forwarding can work in the same way. Beeline will only charge the one who calls - and you, when accepting incoming calls, will pay less.
True, you need to be careful with some operator rates. The fact is that for some of them, the cost of a call in roaming is calculated by simply adding up the price of incoming and outgoing calls. According to this logic, the final price of the service will be simply astronomical. Option to Beeline (Kazakhstan)
The company provides the service to which this article is devoted, not only in Russia. Kazakhstani Beeline also allows subscribers to take advantage of directing calls from one number to another. It is also free here, but the connection numbers and the requests that should be made to connect it are different.
It is also described here that the duration of waiting before using the service (we mean cases when a direction is made if the number is busy or does not answer) can be configured by the subscriber. To do this, he is given the opportunity to set certain time intervals - 5, 10, 20 seconds - after which the service will be activated. Most likely, Russian subscribers have the same opportunity. With it, you can decide for yourself how long the caller must wait before being answered on another phone. The standard is considered an interval of 30 seconds.
Also, on the options settings page, the operator makes a small note - updating the information takes about 15 minutes. That is, after the changes made, you need to wait just so much for them to take effect.
