It not only looks aesthetically pleasing, but also radiates the divine aroma of coffee. Where to get such a tree? Topiary made from coffee beans can be purchased in souvenir shops, you can order the master, but both of these options are not cheap. We suggest you learn how to do it yourself. We learn to make topiary from coffee beans with our own hands. What do you need for work?
To perform the fragrant "tree of happiness" we prepare the following tools and materials:
- whole bean coffee;
- foam ball;
- capacity (flower pot, mayonnaise bucket, large plastic glass);
- wooden stick or plastic tube;
- thermal gun;
- gypsum or alabaster;
- satin and kapron ribbons;
- double sided tape;
- scissors.
Description of coffee tree steps
The manufacture of products such as coffee bean topiary are not rushed. Do the work carefully. Let each part dry well.
- Crown. Put glue on the flat side of the coffee bean and attach it to the foam ball. Hold your fingers for a few seconds. Glue other grains tightly together. Thus complete the entire framework. Then glue the crown with another layer of grains, only now fasten them with the rounded side down.
- The design of the trunk. Wrap the tube (stick) with double-sided tape. At both ends of the workpiece, leave 2 centimeters uncovered. On top of the tape, wrap the barrel with satin ribbon. Fix its ends with glue.
- Barrel mount. Dissolve gypsum (alabaster) in a separate bowl. Its consistency should resemble sour cream. Pour the solution into a container. Keep in mind that you do not need to fill it to the top. Insert a pipe or stick in the middle of the bucket. Hold it with your hand for about 3-4 minutes until the plaster sets. Leave the product to dry completely.
- Clearance design. Glue coffee beans onto the surface of dry gypsum. Decorate the container with wrapping paper or cloth. Fasten the structure with tape. Alternatively, you can wrap it with tape or twine. Topiary from coffee beans also looks good, the lower part of which is wrapped with decorative burlap.
- Mounting the crown to the trunk. Put glue on the top of the tube (stick) and attach the ball. Do not rush to remove your hands, make sure that this part is firmly held. You can decorate the crown of the tree with vanilla sticks, star anise stars, decorative fruits.
