The history of the Egyptian city of Taba is not simple. After all, it is located on the very border with Israel, on the shores of the Gulf of Eilat. In 1967, the Israelis occupied Taboo during the Six Day War . And when they were kicked out of Sinai in the 1980s , the city remained a disputed territory.
