Those who want to enjoy the water of the lake should choose a two-story cottage. It is built of wood. Designed to accommodate 9 people. There is a kitchen, a bathroom and a shower. The living room is shared, located on the ground floor. You can dine on the veranda, there is also a balcony. At the recreation center "Montazhnik" there are also one-story houses. They are equipped with a kitchen. Braziers are located near them. There is a veranda with a dining area.
Block houses for vacationers have been built on the territory. They have all the necessary furniture, household appliances. There is a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin. Some of them have benches with a table. In the houses of the first category there is no bathroom, so you have to visit a shared separate toilet located on the street.

There are several roads to the recreation center "Montazhnik". Motorists believe that getting to these places is easy. The cultural recreation center is located near the highway Chelyabinsk-Yekaterinburg. You can approach the base from three sides:
- from the south coast - through Taskino;
- on the west side - through Suleymanovo;
- Follow the M5 to Kunashak, then turn into Sary.
