How many beautiful things come up with craftsmen from such material as beads. Necklaces and bracelets, caskets and cases, flowers, home decorations and much, much more. It’s possible that you don’t even know how to string beads on a fishing line, but it’s
it doesn’t matter, because you too will be able to become a true master in this matter thanks to your desire and regular practice. Experienced craftsmen make their work easier by buying special machines for stringing beads; for starters, we will try to do this with our own hands. After reading the article, you will learn how to make orchids from beads.
To do this, you will need:
- Beads of white, pink, yellow and green colors.
- Large pearl beads - 3 pieces.
- Fine silver wire.
- Thick wire from which the stem will be made.
- Self-adhesive green paper or floral tape.
- Pot of ceramics.
- Decorative glass pebbles.
- Gypsum.
- Brown acrylic paints .
We will make orchids from beads in a pot
White beads should be
matte, while pink and yellow can shimmer. Take a wire about one meter long. Step back from the edge about thirty centimeters and bend it. One end of the wire will be longer, and the other, respectively, shorter. From the bend, start twisting the wire to the middle. 15 beads of white color must be strung on the short end, and 16 white and
pink beads on the long end
. In this case, there will be five pinks, and they must be alternated with white. Twist the two ends of the wire. On the long end again string 16 beads of white and pink and braid around the base. Repeat the same until the fifth row, each time increasing the number of beads by three. So one large beaded orchid petal will be ready. There are fifteen such petals: five for each flower. When the large petals are ready, you can start making small ones. For this we need only pink beads. Weave in the same way as large petals, only initially you need to take five less beads - 10 for the short and 11 for the long end of the wire. You need to make five rows. With each row, as in the previous petal, increase the number of beads by three things.
Make nine small petals. Now you need to make the middle for the orchid from beads. Take the yellow beads, start weaving the same way as the small petals, just make two rows. In the second row, string two more beads than in the previous one. The middle should be slightly rounded. Use a pencil or pen for this.
When all the petals are ready, you can start collecting them. Each flower will have five large petals, three small and one middle. Do not forget to screw large beads to the flowers. Make a stem from thick wire, and connect all orchids with each other. So you can create bouquets with orchids. Dilute the gypsum in the pot, place the stem there, let the gypsum freeze. Then it needs to be decorated with brown acrylic paint, and decorative pebbles should be placed on top.
