Guests can have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the nearby Lefkoniko Beach. The hotel offers 68 rooms: studios and apartments. They also have a small kitchen, TV, fridge, hairdryer, telephone, spacious balcony with plastic furniture. The design and arrangement of the rooms are also made on the principle of minimalism. Nothing more, just the most necessary for a comfortable stay. Cleaning is quality, daily. Linen is changed in two days, towels are changed in a day.

This hotel is most suitable for recreation for people of any age, but without small children, since there is no playground, children's playroom, no babysitting services are available. For kids, the hotel has only a children's pool and cribs (upon reservation).
The main contingent of holidaymakers at Lefconico Beach is Germans, Swedes, and Dutch. There are few Russian tourists. For some this is a plus, but for someone a minus. In July and August there are many senior citizens among the hotel guests.
