Since 2007, the village began to actively develop under the leadership of the French consortium Dianeige, Gorimpex Sarl, Deloitte and DGA. The resort is being commissioned gradually. In 2011-2012. the opening of one of 4 complexes - “Arkhyz-1650” took place. The ski resort is designed for 750 people. It consists of three hotels and a four-seater cableway with a length of about 800 m.
The territory is equipped with sports areas: ski jumps, an ice rink, a ski stadium. Thematic spaces for tourists are offered by Arkhyz (ski resort). 2013-2014 marked by the opening of the second complex (9 lifts, ski slopes 14 km, a hotel for 1000 people). But this is not the final, according to the project, the village will develop further. The end is planned for 2017.
