Hotel guests eat on an all inclusive system. The whole territory of the Grand Bahia Principle complex (which includes our hotel) has uniform rules. Therefore, vacationers can eat in any of the three main restaurants, where food is served in buffet style. Residents of the “Grand Bahia Punta Cana Principle” also have the opportunity to enroll in any of the seven à la carte establishments, where they will be offered Japanese, Mexican, and European cuisine, as well as grilled dishes and seafood. But you can only have dinner in such restaurants three times a week. And as many as ten bars with drinks and snacks will delight you all day. The only exceptions are the restaurants of another hotel branch called Esmeralda: only their customers are treated here. If you get tired of walking from the bungalow to the beach and between the food-libation points, then a special train is at your service.
Near the hotel is the sea. The beautiful sandy beach (one of which is famous for the Dominican Republic) is called the Playa Arena Gorda. In addition to the ocean, you can plunge into three pools and use the services of the SPA center for complete relaxation and a nirvana experience. The Grand Bahia Punta Cana Principle hosts animation shows in a real amphitheater. You can learn to dance salsa and merengue. There are a lot of entertainment for children: a swimming pool, a club, a disco, special entertainment programs - both daytime and evening.
Tourists from Russia highly praise this hotel and its friendly staff, although not everyone can immediately get used to its slowness, typical of the inhabitants of the Dominican Republic. The Grand Punta Cana, as the locals call this complex, delighted guests with food: the famous gazpacho soup, freshly squeezed juices (including banana, melon and so on), good slightly salted fish, and, of course, great fruit. Many did not sit in the hotel and didn’t lie seals on the beach (although it’s difficult to be honest with such a vacation), but went on excursions to Santo Domingo, the capital of the country.
