The cost of housing in the Lipovaya Gora area is lower than in the center of Yaroslavl. This is due to the fact that there are practically no new buildings, and the territory is located quite far from the city center. So, a two-room apartment can be bought for one and a half million rubles. An apartment of 60 square meters can be purchased for 2.5 million rubles.
