Pride of the island

Initially, only divers could enter the Blue Grotto (Bishevo) through natural openings, and it was they who described in detail the whole fabulous beauty of the underwater attractions at certain times of the day. More than a hundred years ago, a special entrance was built for small boats to conduct excursions for arrivals to admire the unusual miracle of tourists.
The opening is small - its height is about one and a half meters. It is not allowed to use the motor and is prohibited to travel on long boats. Due to the huge number of tourists who are not embarrassed by the paid entrance to the Blue Grotto (Bishevo), it is unlikely to swim in the cool waters.
Green cave
On the island you can visit another cave, the water in which also changes its color due to the optical effect, only to emerald. A shallow rock crypt is no less interesting for travelers than the Blue Grotto (Bishevo).
