- rooms are cleaned quite rarely and very poorly (even if you hang a special plate on the door handle, this still does not guarantee that the maid will come to your room);
- You can’t bring fruit to the room, a special agreement is even signed about this (but most of the guests ignore this ban);
- there is practically no room for food in the refrigerator, as it is completely clogged with paid drinks;
- Internet can be used only near the reception, and its speed and connection quality are unsatisfactory;
- a great inconvenience is the lack of a balcony in the room (there is no way to dry clothes and sit in the open air in the evening);
- at the reception there are often delays with registration and check-in;
- the representative of a travel agency who can be very intrusive and boorish about visitors can completely ruin the impression of a hotel.
