In order for the polyamide fabric to meet certain requirements, it is made according to specially developed technology, which includes three stages:
- The formation of the fibers themselves.
- The synthesis of the polymer.
- Textile processing.

Among the special characteristics of the polymer fabric, one can note high tensile strength or other impact loads, as well as wear resistance. Polyamide - the fabric is very resistant to any chemical or biochemical reagents. It does not lose its properties when exposed to temperatures from 80 to 150 degrees, which quite distinguishes it from some other types of tissues. Various stabilizers used in the manufacture of polyamide fibers serve as guarantors of high quality products. Each such fiber has an increased sensitivity to electrical influences (for example, static). Therefore, polyamide is a tissue that loses its resistance to thermo-oxidative exposure, as well as light radiation (ultraviolet radiation). To correct such shortcomings, special stabilizers are introduced into the composition of the material.
Polyamide fabric is in great demand in the manufacture of goods for
general consumption, such as: rubber products, ropes, fishing equipment,
filter materials and more. Textured yarns, which by their origin are part of polyamide fabric, are also in great demand.
Now polyamide yarn is produced in the form of continuous spools or staple fibers, which are called differently in different countries.
Of course, you should always follow certain technical rules during operation, so that the polyamide fabric does not lose its qualities. For example, it can be washed in an automatic machine, but observing a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. The spin and drying modes in special devices must be avoided. After washing, the polyamide fabric will dry itself in a fairly short time, which is a good property of the material. To iron things in which polyamide fibers are added, it is necessary at the lowest heating and without steam.
