The Stakhanov movement is one of the forms of socialist competition in the Soviet Union. Stakhanov Aleksey Grigorievich made a peculiar founder of this competition. He was the first to submit to an unprecedented result. On the night of August 30–31, 1935, 102 tons of coal were cut down in one shift. This productivity exceeded the norm by 14 times. It happened on the territory of Ukraine, the mine "Central-Irmino".
For this labor feat, Alexey Stakhanov was initially awarded the Order of Lenin, and in 1970 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
Immediately the Stakhanov movement was picked up by the miners. And later, everyone else took up this matter, including workers in heavy industry. Throughout the country, this competition was led by the Communists. For example, after the feat of Stakhanov A. Busygin, who was the blacksmith of the Gorky Automobile Plant, forged 966 crankshafts for the shift . It is worth noting that the norm at that time was 675 units. So then Busygin, as well as Stakhanov, was a champion in his field.
I. Gudov, a milling machine operator from the Moscow plant named after Ordzhonikidze, exceeded the daily norm by more than four times. More precisely - by 410%. The namesakes E. and M. Vinogradov reached Stakhanov's records in the field of textile industry. They managed to serve 100 machines at a time.
In general, by 1937, the Stakhanov movement captured about 22% of agricultural workers. In turn, this led to extraordinary results. Labor productivity growth increased by 82%, while industrial production growth increased by 79%.
It is also believed that the Stakhanov movement became one of the determining factors in the victory in the Great Patriotic War. In her years, many other formations stood out from the Stakhanov movement. First of all, these are thousandths. The first of them was milling D. Bosykh. He managed to fulfill the norm by 1480%. In general, thousandths are those who fulfill the norm of at least 1000%. And, despite these numbers, there were really a lot of these people. Almost all production was held on them.
In addition to the thousandths, there were also speed drivers - those who set the shortest time for the execution of certain norms. These included M. Zinnurov, N. Bazetov, A. Chalkov, who were considered real masters in the field of high-speed metal smelting. V. Seminsky also distinguished himself in high-speed work with metal, only he was a carver. And the brigade of speed-stealers L. Golokolosov played a very important role in the liberated Donbass.
All this resulted in the fact that, despite the most difficult conditions, labor productivity in the USSR during the Great Patriotic War increased by 121%.
It was in such results that the very night of August 31, 1935 resulted. But at that time the Tsentralnoye-Irmino mine was considered ordinary, but Aleksey Stakhanov with the help of his feat brought it to a completely different level. Now it is written about in every school history textbook. And Stakhanov himself is immortalized in the memory of people as a real hero.
