For Hong Kong, "852" is used, and for "Macau" - "853". So for communication, even within the Middle Kingdom, you have to make international calls. This raises one important nuance. If nine-digit numbers are used for the mainland, then there will already be 8 numbers. Still, one of them gets into the region code. These phone codes were previously used for these areas. After their accession to China, it was decided not to change anything and not to confuse the rules for dialing international numbers. Therefore, the Celestial Empire and immediately assigned three codes that are distributed geographically.
We call to Russia
Now let's figure out how to call from China to Russia. In this case, simply cannot do without an international line. Therefore, first we set either “+” or “00”. Next, you need a country code. In our case, it is "7". Then we type the code of the settlement or mobile operator. In the end, you need a subscriber number. As a result, we get the following combination: "+ 7--." Moreover, this rule is true both for stationary devices and for mobile phones. So everything is simple. The number of digits in the code and number may differ from the above, but in total there should be 10.
But how to get to China from the Russian Federation from a city number?
In the previous section, we figured out how to call from China to Russia on a mobile phone. Now consider a slightly different situation. The most difficult thing is to make a call to the Middle Kingdom from a stationary device. Therefore, we will focus on this option. Regular codes like "+" or "00" do not work on such devices - remnants of the past make themselves felt. Therefore, you have to use the traditional number "8" for this case. After dialing it, we wait for the appearance of a continuous beep in the telephone receiver. But this is not enough. The second part of the code is “10” - an additional combination for making international calls. Her after the appearance of continuous beeps and dial. As a result, we get the following combination:

What about mobile?

In this case, slightly different dialing rules apply. What worked on stationary devices will not work. In case of making a call from a mobile phone, the procedure is as follows:
- “+” - go to international communication.
- China code. Depending on the part of the country we are calling to, you need to dial either “86”, or “852”, or “853”.
- Then enter the region code.
- The following is the subscriber's number.

Some mobile operators offer certain discounts on international calls. But to use them, you need to dial a special code instead of "+". For example, "815." To Kazakhstan and vice versa
In principle, the order of how to call from China to Kazakhstan does not differ from the one given earlier. Even the beginning of these numbers will be identical - "+7". Otherwise, the dialing order is also similar. Immediately comes the code of the region or mobile operator. Finally, you need to dial the subscriber number. Belarus and China
The most interesting situation arises when the following question arises: “How to call from China to Belarus?” Unlike Russia and Kazakhstan, local numbers in the international format are dialed in a completely different way. They all start with a combination of “+375”. Then follows the code of the region or mobile operator. For example, if the next two digits are “17”, you call Minsk, and the code “29” is used for mobile operators. Then comes the seven-digit subscriber number. The result should be "+ (make an international call) - 375 (Belarus code) - XX (region code) - xxxxxxxx (subscriber number)." The last two components, as noted earlier, can have a different number of digits, but at the same time it should not be more than nine in total. In the opposite direction, from Belarus to China, calls are made in the same way as was described in the case of communication with the Russian Federation. Therefore, by analogy, it will not be difficult to make them.
