Flyme OS
If you own a smartphone based on the Flyme operating system, then it will be impossible to do this using regular means. There is no T9 mode in the standard keyboard for the Russian layout, which helps users automate the input process. You can put on your smartphone any other keyboard from the market with the support of dictionaries.
It should be noted separately that the standard keyboard does not support a large number of languages, so a user who communicates not only in Russian will have to look for a working analogue anyway.
