Of great interest are African turtles, whose age for two is more than two hundred years. They were brought to the aquarium in Volgograd from Africa, saving them from poachers. Stupid and Armor - that's the name of the turtles - live in an aviary with sand. Everyone is given the opportunity to take a photo with them as a keepsake. Children like to watch turtles fed, and especially large numbers of visitors gather during their feeding.

The aquarium in Volgograd has its own chemists who daily create sea and ocean water that is different for each breed of inhabitants. To do this, they mix distilled water and salt in different proportions.
