Despite the fact that the original Bashkir territories are around, Lake Elovoe (Chelyabinsk Region) bears the Russian name. Depending on the weather conditions of the year, ice freezing occurs from the end of October to the end of November, and ice flow - from mid-April to mid-May. Fishing on Lake Elovoe
Spruce Lake is attractive not only for local fishermen. Lovers from all over Russia come here to go fishing. In the reservoir live: pike, ripus, crucian carp, chebak, ide, tench, bream, ruff, perch and burbot. Basic maintenance of fish resources is natural spawning. Commercial fishing is not carried out here. In shallow water you can catch only a small chebak and perch. A larger fish is caught from boats throughout the lake. As a rule, they use mugs, ventricles (live bait gear) and spinning. From winter fishing, craftsmen bring a small ruff, perch and chebak. In recent years, the number of fish has increased significantly, which indicates an increasing concentration of nutrients that are its feed.

Lake Elovoe is one of the most attractive places in the South Urals. It has a stable ecosystem and has been maintaining its structure for more than a century. Hydrological monument
Lake Elovoe has a tectonic origin, as evidenced by its rounded shapes. Now a pine-birch forest is growing along the banks . Before the tectonic shift, as a result of which a pond was formed, there were relict forests. They persisted until the middle of the XIX century, judging by the maps and written sources of that time. At present, the fir-trees in whose honor the lake is named cannot be found here. Although at the beginning of the 20th century, according to the notes of the local historian Vladimir Sementovsky, both the spruce and the fir-tree met here. The water in the lake is soft, mineralization depending on the season varies from 161 to 340 mg / liter. It belongs to the hydrocarbonate class, in the transition from soda to sulphate-sodium type.
The mystery of Lake Elovoe
All ponds located in the neighborhood bloom almost all summer, but Lake Elovoe remains clean. Scientists suggest the presence of a powerful flowering inhibitor, which may be manganese, which is found in large quantities in water. Ecology
Lake Elovoye, in spite of everything, still retains its natural parameters. However, the level of atrophy is still growing year by year, as the load on the reservoir increases, especially in the summer (up to 70 thousand tourists come here annually). Driving on motorized swimming means significantly worsens the ecological situation on the lake, since oil products are discharged. Their impact affects the state of fish and vegetation, both aquatic and terrestrial. The number of primitive organisms that filter water has also fallen. There is a risk of lake pollution with algotoxins, which adversely affect living things. All circumstances together can lead to poor water quality.
