Visa to Croatia for Russians - what will happen next?

Croatia is a beautiful country that attracts tourists from all over the world. Our compatriots who chose the Adriatic coast with blue water and endless bays were no exception. Such a demand for recreation is due to the fact that a visa to Croatia was not required for the Russians, and many preferred the resorts of this particular country.

Visa to Croatia for Russians
Every year, more and more Russians were resting, and it was the ease of crossing the border that was the reason. Thanks to such an influx of holidaymakers, tourism began to actively develop in Croatia, new jobs appeared - guides, realtors, tour operators, hotel and hotel employees, restaurant workers, merchants and even souvenir manufacturers.

Schengen visa requirements
But sooner or later all good things come to an end. A visa to Croatia is necessary for the Russians - this requirement was made by Brussels as part of the country's accession to the European Union on July 1, two thousand and thirteen. In addition to Russia, such restrictions affected Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Turkey.

Agricultural enterprises, the largest corporations are bought by European giants, banks are transferred under the control of Union Credit. This state of affairs in the country is irrevocable, but Croatia, in particular the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, promises to organize visa centers in Russia so as not to lose potential tourists.

Schengen visa urgently
A visa to Croatia for Russians and its registration will represent a standard procedure, as well as for other EU countries. On this basis, a hundred Russian travel agencies were accredited, between which a competition was held to create visa centers outside Moscow. According to the representative of the Croatian Foreign Ministry, experts will be sent to Russia to help organize the centers.

Visa to Croatia for Russians - what will happen next? After all, the Adriatic is not only Croatia, but also Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia, where there is a visa-free regime for our compatriots. In addition, these countries are actively developing in the field of tourism - low-cost hotels are being built, prices for services are acceptable, and leisure is available for different segments of the population. And it may turn out that the choice of potential tourists will be completely not in favor of Croatia, and the newly established visa regime, adding a lot of difficulties when organizing a trip, is to blame.

Schengen visa

Yes, and a little about what a Schengen visa is. The requirements for obtaining are simple and are determined by only three points:

  1. A foreigner document is required. Schengen states accept a Russian passport, provided that it is valid for at least three months after the expiration of the visa.
  2. A tourist must be financially secure, have means of subsistence, a dwelling for the duration of his stay in the Schengen area, a ticket or money for a return trip.
  3. The passage of persons posing a threat to the rule of law and the rule of law of one of the Schengen countries is prohibited.

Registration does not last as fast as we would like, but if a Schengen visa is required urgently, then for an additional fee it will take a few days.
