Negotiations on the construction of this facility are underway with two companies from China.
At the VII International Real Estate Investment Forum, recently held in Moscow, a delegation from Perm presented a plan for the development of more than 20 sites, in addition to the construction of shopping and entertainment centers, the opening of an aquapark is also planned.
