The concept of labor protection includes a whole range of measures that are designed to ensure the safety of life and health of employees participating in labor activities. And, of course, all those people who in one way or another can be associated with the course of the production process or its results. The concept of labor protection combines a whole range of measures: technical, organizational, socio-economic, sanitary-hygienic, medical and rehabilitation, and a number of others. All these measures should be mutually agreed and aimed at the most effective result in ensuring security. The concept of labor protection assumes that the head of the enterprise is the main person responsible for it. In addition, substantial responsibility for the implementation of the above actions lies on the shoulders of persons authorized for certain issues. These are fire safety inspectors, state supervision, labor protection service structures at a particular enterprise, trade unions and others.

Basic concepts of labor protection in the legislative framework
Persons competent in resolving issues on the subject under discussion are obliged to be guided by clear instructions of the legislative base and regulatory acts of our state. The main source of law governing the concept of labor protection is the law of the Russian Federation No. 181-FZ of July 17, 1999. Also subject to execution are those local legal norms that relate to the facility. For example, collective agreements and treaties, trade union charters and so on.

- The administration of the enterprise participates in the writing and signing of agreements relating to the optimization of working conditions, considers letters and complaints of employees who in one way or another affect working conditions and ensuring safety.
- In addition to the above paragraphs, the concept of labor protection also includes moments if an accident does occur: ensuring control over the provision of first aid, conducting an internal investigation, etc.
