SEAD or Southeast Administrative District of Moscow is an industrial and cultural zone of a modern metropolis. The territory is divided into 12 districts, and the total area is just over 117.56 square kilometers. SEAD has its own emblem and flag.

We present a brief overview of the South-Eastern district of the capital. The districts of SEAD are divided into the following components:

  1. Kapotnya - the total territory is 806 hectares, where the industrial zone is located mainly. There are no metro stations in the region; moving is carried out using several bus routes or personal transport.
  2. The Vykhino-Zhulebino district is considered the largest in Moscow; the transformation and obtaining of the corresponding status took place in the 80s. Developed transport infrastructure implies the presence of several metro stations, railways, and bus services.
  3. Kuzminki is the central part of the region, which has the most developed cultural component. The presented area has a good infrastructure for recreation.
  4. Lefortovo has a vibrant cultural component, has many attractions and interesting places. Accommodation in this area is related to prestige.
  5. Lublino is a beautiful and large area that gained its status in 1995. Before the division of 1991, it was considered the largest in territory in Moscow.
  6. Maryino. The territory on the left side of the Moscow River, there are good living conditions: large housing estates, the presence of social buildings, recreation parks.
  7. Nekrasovka is a young district, which is located on the outskirts of the metropolis. Joining and obtaining the status of the city occurred in the 70s. The main direction for expanding the borders of the capital.
  8. Nizhny Novgorod - the presented territory is ideally suited for work, because there is the best traffic intersection and an abundance of industrial enterprises.
  9. Printers. Industrialization in the late 70s became the main reason for the appearance of the represented area. By 1975, there were more than 230 enterprises. Now practically nothing has changed.
  10. Ryazan is the cultural and scientific capital of the administrative district. It has collected 12 institutes and universities, and the same number of factories. The area is not distinguished by an abundance of cultural attractions.
  11. Textile workers. The territory became part of Moscow in the distant 40s. The area is characterized by dense buildings and constant traffic jams. Until 1995, did not have the status of a separate region.
  12. South Port. Sleeping areas and developed transport infrastructure - this is what characterizes the territory of the district. An ideal place for the life of a modern person.

Kapotnya is famous for the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and Vykhino-Zhulebino is a recreational area of โ€‹โ€‹Zhulebinsky forest park. As for Kuzminka and Lublino, it is important to highlight the Lublino park here.
