The recreation center "The Seagull" (Lazarevskoye) is focused not only on family vacations, here you can spend a vacation alone or in a large company. There is a boarding house from May to September.
The recreation center "The Seagull" occupies a rather large and well-landscaped area, on which several residential buildings and summer houses are located. Due to the abundance of greenery, guests forget that they are not in a quiet place remote from civilization, but in the center of the village.
Recently, the Chaika boarding house has opened a new branch, Olesya, consisting of two-story buildings of a cottage type and summer houses. It is in close proximity to the sea.
Rooms of the central boarding house and branch
To accommodate guests in the central boarding house "The Seagull" (Lazarevskoye), 154 rooms in three- and four-story buildings are provided. There are two-, three- and four-bed apartments. All rooms have furniture necessary for a comfortable stay (single and double beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs, bedside tables), a TV and a small refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Many rooms are air-conditioned. Also available for guests are one-story wooden houses without amenities.
The housing stock of the Seagull branch was built only in 2014. These are completely new buildings that are made according to the cottage type. Room equipment is exactly the same as in the central boarding house. True, the furniture is modern, and the beds have comfortable orthopedic mattresses. LCD televisions and safes are installed. All rooms have a split system and equipped bathroom with shower. Private balconies are only on the second floor. The first provides only a shared terrace.
Prices in the boarding house "The Seagull" (Lazarevskoye) start from 2500 rubles per day and depend not only on the category of room and building, but also on the month of settlement. For example, living in a new standard room (as in the photo above) in July will cost 3,000 rubles per knock.
Services and services provided at the recreation center
The price of accommodation in the central boarding house "Chaika" (Lazarevskoye) includes:
- use of a guarded parking lot (by prior arrangement, as it is designed for a limited number of cars);
- visit to the dance floor (daily discos);
- use of the sports ground (suitable for group games);
- daily housekeeping and garbage removal;
- bed linen change once a week.
For an additional fee, the administration of the boarding house "Chaika" offers its guests excursion services, as well as rental of cultural, economic and beach equipment.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are already included in the price. Meals are offered in the spacious dining room. Also on the territory of the boarding house "The Seagull" (Lazarevskoye) there is a cafe and a bar serving excellent snacks, salads, first and second courses, barbecue, desserts, as well as a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The Olesya branch also has a dining room. True, they offer two meals a day at a cost of about 500 rubles per day. Additionally, you can visit a small cafe with a varied menu.
Entertainment in the pension and beyond
Vacationers at the camp "Chaika" (Lazarevskoe) offer two pebble beaches: urban and private. The first is 200 meters away and the second is 1 km away. The private beach is equipped with sun loungers and awnings. Guests are attracted by water activities: slides, bananas, scooters, catamarans, boats and much more.
The tourist base "The Seagull" has an excellent sports ground where you can play football, volleyball, basketball or table tennis.
A disco is organized every evening for guests.
On the territory there are many places to relax: benches and cozy gazebos. If you wish, you can independently fry meat or fish skewers on the grill.
In the boarding house "Olesya" in addition there is a small pool.
Not far from the boarding house is the Nautilus water park, cinemas, dolphinarium, restaurants, cafes, many sightseeing booths and retail outlets that sell not only fresh vegetables and fruits, but also souvenir products, beach accessories, and much more. Very close to a bus stop.
The location of the recreation center "The Seagull" and the branch "Olesya"
Pension Chaika is located at the address: Krasnodar Territory, Sochi, Lazarevskoye village, Pobedy Street, 2. A branch of the recreation center can be found on Sochi Highway 2. Only 1 km from the railway station. But the nearest Adler Airport is at a distance of 90 km.
From the railway Lazarevsky station to the recreation center can be reached by bus or taxi. You need to get from Sochi by train to the stop "Boarding house" Chaika "or by minibuses No. 71, 68 or 147.
