Candy as a gift ... Nice, but so banal and ordinary! Another thing is a tree made of sweets. It is beautiful, bright and original. Such a present can be presented to both a child and an adult. Making a sweet tree ball. Preparatory stage
In order to make a tree of sweets, you will need such materials:
- sweets of round or triangular shape (in wrappers);
- flower pot (metal, ceramic, plastic);
- foam ball;
- plastic tube or wooden stick;
- satin and kapron ribbons;
- brown or corrugated paper;
- foil;
- sisal fiber;
- gypsum;
- decorative elements (beads, glass beads, shells);
- Double-sided tape;
- glue gun.

- Wrap a tube or stick with tape, stick its ends on top and bottom. This is the trunk of the future sweet tree.
- In the foam ball, make a hole in diameter coinciding with the circumference of the stick. Pour glue into it and insert the barrel. Hold for some time so that the parts stick together.
- Wrap the ball with foil, securing it with double-sided tape.
- Dilute the gypsum and fill it with a flower pot. Insert the stick barrel in the middle. Hold for several minutes until the plaster sets. Leave the workpiece for an hour and a half for solidification.
- Apply a drop of glue to each candy and attach it to a foam base. You need to arrange sweets as close to each other as possible.
- Decorate the gaps between the candies with flowers made of corrugated paper, sisal fiber.
- Wrap the pot with wrapping paper, attaching it with tape. Tie a satin or nylon ribbon bow on top.
- Plaster to decorate to your liking. It can be shells, bugles, beads, decorative moss or sand.
The candy tree is done! Such a gift can be supplemented with a small souvenir in the form of a soft toy, figurines, pendants, tying them directly to the pot or attaching them under the barrel.
Sweet Tree Options
A variety of products can be made from sweets. For example, for the New Year the tree may be in the form of a Christmas tree. The basis of such sweet beautiful Christmas trees is a foam or cardboard cone.
Delicious palm trees are also made from sweets. In this case, not a ball is taken as the basis, but a rectangular block and, in addition to sweets, long leaves from corrugated paper are used for decoration.
