"Italian Village" in Crimea

The complex will include hotels of different stardom, cottages, townhouses, apartments, in total more than 4,000 people will be able to comfortably sit in the “Italian Village” - and this is a whole town!

The developer is also engaged in servicing apartments, providing engineering equipment, real estate services.

Why exactly the Black Sea?

The Black Sea chosen for the construction of the “Italian Village” in Crimea is not an accidental place:

1. There is no industry, so the environmental situation is excellent.

Architects from Italy took part in the design of the “Italian Village”, who proposed to introduce original style features during the construction of each complex. The entire construction is divided into 17 phases, apartments are already sold in 6 complexes, named after Italian cities. About them - in more detail:

1. "Palermo". 3 buildings of townhouses and 5 villas with free planning - a total of 128 apartments. The courtyard is decorated with a fountain. There is a pool, parking and a playground.
2. Capri. 4 villas in three floors each, and two buildings have 4 floors - a total of 97 unique apartments with a free layout.
3. "Florence". This impressive 8-story building houses 224 apartments.
4. Sorrento. 43 apartments in three buildings with a height of 4 floors. A distinctive feature - the complex is surrounded by a garden of lemon trees.
5. "Tarkhankut Life". These are 100 apartments in 2 and 3-storey buildings, part of the apartments are two-level. Near each building, residents can equip the plots as they wish, setting up a garden or flower beds.
6. "The sun and the sea." 90 apartments are located in 10 cottages, each with a height of 3 floors.
