In the picturesque Ostankino district of Moscow, a residential complex (LCD) "Birch Alley" is being built. The quarter of comfortable apartments is located near the Yauza River Valley natural park, Sviblovo estate and the main botanical garden of the Russian Academy of Sciences between Yaroslavl and Altufevsk highway.

Construction stages

The second phase of the construction of the Birch Alley complex should be completed by September 2019. By this time, three buildings with 18 floors and one seventeen-story building will be built.

The organizers of the Center offer children to study for the first year without paying a fee, but further benefits will be provided only to young athletes who show outstanding results. The rest will have to pay the full cost of classes.
