We work all week waiting for Friday, because it is followed by a weekend. Everyone is waiting for something interesting these days. But after all, not everyone has the opportunity to fly over Tibet in a hang glider, jump with a parachute or ride a safari. But today there are many modern attractions where you can feel no less adrenaline rush. One of these is the attraction "Cobra" (Moscow). It is here that you can experience a fall at a speed of 100 kilometers per hour from a tower whose height is 46 meters. But first things first.
The attraction "Cobra" is installed in the entertainment park "Wheel at the All-Russian Exhibition Center". It is about 5 minutes walk from the main entrance. To get to this extreme entertainment you can only go through a turnstile screener. What it is? This is a kind of checkpoint, which does not let anyone pass whose height is less than 140 centimeters. It is a rotating element with partitions, which, having missed one, freezes for a while in anticipation of the next applicant with a ticket. After landing, the skeleton is put on top of each participant in such a way that only his head and hands are visible from underneath. For riding safety, it is imperative to fasten the belt that goes from the seat to the frame. Each booth has a plate with a recommendation not to lean forward and keep your head pressed to the headrest.
When everyone has sat down, the "Cobra" attraction begins its "start". At this moment, the rear trailer catches a large hook and begins to drag the entire train back, and then up, to a height of thirty meters. Then this hook unhooks, and the train of cars quickly flies down, then - past the landing platform and forward - to the dead loop. Overcoming it, the composition is rapidly moving forward at an angle of almost 90 degrees. At this moment, the feeling of rolling is unforgettable, especially those who are sitting in the first trailer. After all, he comes to the very edge, and you can see how the rails end, and in front - only the sky and clouds.
Here the train stops for a few seconds and the Cobra ride freezes. And then, with great speed, the composition goes down and again - a dead loop, then - the platform and the rise up, but in reverse. Further, everything is repeated from the very beginning, but already without a hook. The process takes place with the cries of skating participants, which periodically subside and intensify. After the end of the ride, the attraction worker announces that it is necessary to go left. However, being impressed, many no longer hear anything and go right.
Attraction "Cobra" at the All-Russian Exhibition Center is absolutely safe for humans. Summing up the above, we can conclude that in this attraction two are combined: a free fall tower and a mountain with a dead loop. It works daily from 11 to 23 hours. The cost of one ticket is 250 rubles.
