The length of the template should be 2-3 centimeters longer than the circumference of the child’s head. Transfer the pattern to a cardboard blank and cut it out. Fasten the edges with a stapler. Fold the paper in half and sketch on it a half of the accessory. Without unrolling the sheet, cut out the template. As a result, you get a crown pattern with symmetrical sides. Attach a hoop to the template and circle it in the right place. But do not rush to cut along this line. Draw “wings” to it, with the help of which the kokoshnik will be attached to the hoop. Transfer the pattern to cardboard and cut it out.
Apply hot-melt glue to the “wings” and attach the blank to the hoop. Make several cuts on top of the product, which will allow it to take a convex shape. How to make a cardboard crown beautiful and elegant? Let's execute its decoration. Attach two bands to the ends of the hoop. With the help of them, the kokoshnik will be mounted on the head. Decorate the front side of the product with sequins, rhinestones, small glass beads.
