The declaration of immovable property is filled in if it is registered using a simplified system. This is regulated by Federal Law No. 93, according to which the document is submitted in paper or electronic form in 2 copies to the competent authorities. After that, the registration of the erected object is carried out directly.
Under what conditions can a declaration be filed
The first mandatory factor for its adoption by the Federal Registration Service is the availability of documents for the land. This is not necessarily the right of ownership, it is enough just a contract of use or rental.
The second prerequisite for submitting a declaration of immovable property is the completion of construction. That is, a garden house or other structure located on the land should be put into operation. BTI is responsible for this.

At the very end, as in any other document, the date of filing and signature is placed in the declaration of the immovable property. By filling out this document and endorsing it, the citizen confirms the accuracy of all the specified information.
