Have you ever wondered why Montenegro, a country with delightfully beautiful nature, was given such a strange name? It turns out that the mystery lies in the mountains, which, due to the constant accumulation of clouds, appear black. It’s even unbelievable that on such a small piece of land, such an accumulation of mountainous terrain is possible. Therefore, the answer to the question of where the Cursed Mountains are located seems quite understandable - of course, in Montenegro.
Here is just a paradise for climbers, near the mountain ranges located ski resorts. The mountains of the mountains, Sinevina, Belasitsa, Komova, Durmitor - all of them attract attention and amaze with beauty, because the mountains in the Balkans have special magnetism. To date, more than 500 species of plants have been recorded there, and in the Kosovo part of the massif, scientists counted about 180 species of birds, 200 of mushrooms, 130 species of butterflies and 60 endemic species of insects.
