Fiolent (Crimea) is a cape located between Sevastopol and Balaklava. However, these are not two separate cities, as you might think. Balaclava is a district of Sevastopol itself. Namely, its name means the central part of the city. So if you really want to get there, but there are doubts about the road and the time spent on it, you can not worry - everything is nearby.
Origin
Cape Fiolent (Crimea) has several more names, in addition to this, the most popular. It is often called Partenium (Greek), Felenk-Burun (Turkish). And sometimes even the cape of St. George. But for most tourists it is known under the name Fiolent. Crimea is rich in amazing places, but this cape is considered one of the most beautiful among them. It has a volcanic origin and even from the side resembles the remains of a once erupted volcano. As a matter of fact, it was, but a very long time ago - 150,000,000 years ago.

If you want to have fun and visit this "paradise", you will have to overcome some obstacles. For example, to go down to Tsarskoye Selo (the so-called one of the beaches), you have to overcome 800 "steps". More precisely, these are not steps, but landslides and cut downs. You need to be careful - follow the road and stick to the tree branches. Although in some places along the way there are even benches. The most difficult thing is not to go down, but then rise back. Everyone is familiar with this pleasant fatigue after the sea, the sun and several hours of beach holidays. So you need to be prepared for this.
Sea views
Fiolent (Crimea) is an ideal place for diving. And just to swim. This indescribable sensation is pure water, into which to plunge after a hard descent in the heat is the peak of pleasure. The snow-white bottom is visible, even if you sail to a place where the depth will be more than 10 meters. After such a beach, the tourist does not want to return to the usual city, where every square centimeter is “clogged”, and it is not clear what rubbish is floating in the water. No, Fiolent (Crimea) is a completely different order of rest. This place really looks like a piece of paradise.
