Resorts of Odessa region are currently one of the most popular in Ukraine. They are perfect for a leisurely summer vacation or for active tourism. There are a lot of interesting and unusual sights in the region. You can get to Odessa by car or bus from anywhere in Ukraine, or by train, which in most cases will take you to the southern capital in just one night. It is worth noting that many who rested in Crimea also reoriented to the Odessa direction due to the difficulties associated with crossing the border after the events of 2014. The most popular are Arcadia, Langeron, Joy, the less known are Dolphin, Luzanovka and the Gold Coast. These resorts of Odessa region are located 60 kilometers south of Odessa. They are one of the most popular holiday destinations in the area, forming a kind of conglomerate. You can get to them by bus or train, departing from the central city station. Travel time will take about an hour.
Zatoka and Karolino-Bugaz will be interesting for couples with children to relax. There is an excellent coastline and gorgeous sandy beaches, the width of which in some places reaches one hundred meters. In the presence of a large number of discos, nightclubs, children's attractions and other entertainment. The resort is washed on the one hand by the Dniester estuary, and on the other hand by the Black Sea. The cost of living in resorts starts from 100 hryvnia (300 rubles) per day per person.
Sergeevka - balneo-mud resort
The resort Sergeevka (Odessa region) is located 80 kilometers south of Odessa, not reaching the Resort. This is a balneo-mud resort, in the arsenal of which healing components are available right in the estuary. First of all, the town will be of interest to lovers of medical tourism, since in Soviet times many sanatoriums were built here that specialize in the treatment of mud baths. For many kilometers around there are no serious enterprises, so the air and water here are as clean as possible.
The coastline is a kilometer from the city. This distance can be passed through the estuary or overcome on a boat. The level of prices for holidays in Sergeevka is slightly lower than for accommodation in the more popular Zatoka. From Sergeevka it is convenient to go on excursions to Vilkovo, the catacombs of Nerubaysky and Belgorod-Dniester.
Mushroom and Sanjayka
Gribovka (Odessa region) is located 30 kilometers from Odessa to the south, immediately behind the largest port "Chernomorsk" (the former "Illichivsk"). It attracts tourists untouched by nature and wild beaches, as it is less built up than neighboring resorts. Due to the characteristic steppe landscape, Gribovka is considered one of the most beautiful places on the Black Sea coast. Most often, the city of Odessa itself is chosen for a weekend break from the bustle of a big city. At the same time, the resort also attracts youth companies, which have somewhere to have fun after swimming in the sea.
Nearby is another resort - Sanzheyka, which mainly consists of the private sector. It will be interesting for families with children and lovers of silence, as there are no discos and night clubs in the town.
Other resorts of Odessa region
Fans of green tourism will be interested in visiting the resorts of Tiligul, Lebedevka or Kuyalnitsky estuary. They practically lack standard amenities. They will be interesting for tourists with tents or mobile homes. Such a vacation is not very expensive, it allows you to retire in nature, just relax in peace and quiet. It should be noted that there may be a problem with shops or supermarkets, therefore it is worth stocking up with drinking water in advance, the necessary food and basic necessities.
