All pieces of fabric are sewn to the sides, assembly is done from above, everything is sewn to the elastic band - and that's it. A simple skirt is put on top (it can also be sewn). This outfit goes well with a bright T-shirt.
Legs
What else do you need to provide for a clown costume with your own hands? So, if this is a girl, she definitely needs to wear beautiful bright tights. They can be striped or monochrome - it doesn’t matter, the main thing is that the legs should not be lost against the background of the whole costume. If this is a boy, he can wear bright knee-highs under shorts.
Foot
It is also important to choose the right shoes. If the performance will be held in a kindergarten, the baby is better to wear simple slippers or Czech shoes, but they must first be decorated. In this case, pompons are useful, which you just need to attach to the top of each slipper. You can make them pretty simple. Two circles with holes should be cut out of cardboard (for example, a circle with a diameter of 8 cm, a hole - 3 cm). A thread is tightly wound around this circle (for knitting), the tip is well fixed. Further along the end of the circle, the threads are carefully cut, the auxiliary cardboard parts are removed, the pompom is beautifully aligned. That's all.

Since the clown should amuse people, he can have soap bubbles, a tongue pipe, a ball in his hands. A large bow can be worn on the child’s neck and a bright tie can be tied.
