The Rostov-Anapa train is a route between major cities in southern Russia. Through Rostov in the direction of Anapa passes a huge number of flights of trains.

Railway "Anapa - Rostov" is the beginning of a large railway line. Anapa station is a dead end, therefore, transit trains do not pass through this transport hub. The branch to this city was built relatively late - in 1978. This year, the railway station was opened. The building was renovated in 2005 using energy efficiency technologies. Most trains to this station are seasonal. In winter, very few depart from Anapa, and much more in the summer. The main passenger flow at this station occurs from June to September, that is, there is a link to the sea holiday season.
The station accepts not only passenger, but also freight trains. It is fairly easy for trains to approach this station, as 10 access roads have been built. At the station itself, 2 platforms for passenger trains are equipped.
Rostov - Anapa: distance by train and stop stations
The distance between cities by rail differs from the length of the path along the highway, and is 410 kilometers. Some trains travel along a longer track (493 kilometers). By Russian standards, such a distance between major centers is considered small.
