Wisdom of the shortest route "Kiev-Kherson"
This path is very interesting in that you have to go through many regional centers, villages, along the roads of regional significance. So, you are leaving Kiev. Heading for the Obukhov highway. Having passed Obukhov, we head further along the highway towards the large regional center of the Kiev region - Kagarlyk. Further, it is also not worth turning off the wide highway. Drive right up to Mironovka. After Mironovka, take a right turn. By country roads and regional routes you can reach the city of Shpola. In the district center you will definitely be prompted how to leave towards Novomirgorod. Then, along the route, travelers will have Malaya Viska. Further, having left on the Kirovograd-Stry highway, turn towards the village of Zlynka. On this road you can easily get to Novoukrainka. We won’t be able to go straight ahead, so we advise you to head towards Elanets and Bratsk. After all this travel from Elants it is necessary to go to the Kirovograd-Nikolaev highway. Then you can, of course, go directly, but the roads of regional significance are in very poor condition. Drive along the highway to Nikolaev, turn left, and a direct road opens in front of you in the direction of Kherson.
Autobahn Road
Of course, it’s safer to drive along a good track, and more reliable for a car. Therefore, motorists with little experience should consider this option. The Kiev-Odessa highway starts in the very center of Kiev, in the Pechersky district. After leaving the city, first go to the southwest ... Although there is something to tell, because the route itself will lead to the destination. You will have to turn left only in the Kirovograd region, before reaching a few kilometers to the regional center of Ulyanovka. Further, the path of the car will fly through the village. Golovanevsk and the village with the beautiful name Luxurious. A few kilometers after this village, the road offers two paths to choose from: towards Kirovograd and towards Pervomaisk. Choose the road to Pervomaisk. A large section of the path will pass through the Nikolaev region. Travelers on the route Kiev-Kherson will pass through several interesting regional centers (Yuzhnoukrainsk, which houses one of the Ukrainian nuclear power plants, New Odessa, Voznesensk). So you will reach Nikolaev, and then the road will go directly to Kherson.
Road by bus
In the first section of the article, we talked about three ways. So, the Kiev-Kherson bus travels exactly on the third path. This shuttle bus runs every day. He leaves Kherson in the morning at 7.10. The first stop in Nikolaev will last 10 minutes and at 8.20 the bus leaves in the direction of the city of Bashtanka. The journey to this point will take a little more than an hour. At 10.15, departure from the New Bug will take place in the direction of Bobrinets (Kirovograd region). After Bobrinets (departure from there at 11.45) the bus will stop in Kirovograd. Here passengers can relax for 20 minutes from a tiring long trip. Next, the Kiev-Kherson bus passes Aleksandrovka, Smela of Cherkasy region, Korsun-Shevchenkovsky, Kagarlyk and arrives at the central bus station of Kiev at 18.50. How to get there by train?
