Take a standard A4 sheet.
And make a square out of it. Fold the paper as shown in the picture.
And cut off the part that remains superfluous. Here is what should happen.
Now add the square along the second diagonal.

Next, double-fold the sheet in half. First, we press the top face to the bottom, iron the bend. We wrap and do the same with the two remaining sides. You should have a figure with these folds.
Now we begin to fold the square again along the diagonal line, but not to the end, but only to the midpoint of the line.
And now we are doing the same on the other side. Add up to half the second diagonal.
Now we press on the formed valve.

Now we take one of the corners of the resulting double triangle.
