Start knitting your head. From two loops, knit six columns. Then add two loops to these six elements. So to the fifth row you get thirty loops. Next, knit four rows with the same composition (without adding). The next three rows cut the columns in two loops.
Thus, the twelfth row consists of twelve loops. Fill your head with a synthetic winterizer. Reduce the six columns, tighten the loop. Please note that if the Teddy bear is crocheted and sewn, then you work according to the scheme without changes. If it is on the mounts, then insert the cotter pins to a sixfold decrease and close the loops.
Paw knitting
The hind legs are shorter than the front. Gather four loops, knit eight columns. Now leave their number unchanged for three more rows. The fifth circle is reduced to two columns. Next, knit six stitches three times without changes, stuff with syntepon. If the coat is thick, then filler is not needed.
If you want a rolling bear, then insert the mount at this stage. Then, in a circle, make gradual decrease in two loops until you close your paw. Also knit the second part.

Torso and assembly

Simple Teddy with an extended muzzle
A bear can be connected in a simplified way. To do this, knit your body like a regular napkin with simple columns. You increase the loops until you are satisfied with the bottom of the body. Further knitting goes unchanged until the part is rounded and the shape of the abdomen is outlined. Now you can reduce, forming an oval-pear-shaped body. Stuff it, close the loop with a hook (Teddy bear is knitted from thin, soft yarn, so choose a synthetic winterizer or holofiber).
Paws are also knitted in a wide circle, proceeding to decrease loops. In this case, the packing goes in parallel with knitting. The shape should form paws that look like a long pear or a rattle. Sew them to the body.

- You start to knit a head from a nose from two loops. They knit six columns in a circle. In the second row, add up to fifteen loops. With them, you work without changes for two circles. At this stage, due to the connecting posts , the thread can be replaced in order to highlight the nose with color. If there is a one-color, knitted Teddy bear, crochet from the grass, knit another row of fifteen columns. Next, increase the number of loops to twenty-four, then to thirty. Five rows work unchanged with these loops. Then, in the next three circles, reduce five loops, getting fifteen columns. Without closing the knitting, sew the bead eyes, eyebrows, nose.
Toy assembly
- Knit ears from two loops. First, knit six single crochet into them. Then knit a row without changes. End with connecting posts. There is another option for knitting the ear. Knit a circle, bend in half, tighten in two places, giving the desired bend.
- Knit a tail arbitrarily, like a ball. Fill with synthetic winterizer, tighten the loop, sew to the body.
- Sew ears to the head, paws to the body. Connect the received parts among themselves. Add a heart, and the Teddy bear is crocheted (a description of the accessory is not required, since the heart can be sewn or bought in needlework stores).
