At the end of the summer of 2016, a truly magical festival was held in St. Petersburg. For three days, a real "Slanting Alley" worked for wizards and sorceresses from all over the country. This name is known to everyone who is familiar with the story of Harry Potter. In the Northern capital, a qualitative reconstruction of the magical space described in the books about the adventures of the boy wizard was prepared.

The organizer of the most fabulous event of the year in the northern capital was the production center of BANTEEVA GROUP. Oblique Lane or Alley is the place described in Harry Potter books.
In his work, the author talks about the fact that in the very center of London there is a small shopping district for wizards, which Muggles cannot get into. Shops located on Diagon Alley offer a variety of magic items, including magic wands, books, and stationery for studying at Hogwarts. For the festival, the territory of the loft project "Floors" was chosen.
Oblique Alley is a festival fair designed for visitors of any age. What is noteworthy, the event aroused interest not only among Harry Potter fans. Many visitors to the fair did not know too much about magical reality before visiting it. But having visited such a magical place, everyone wanted to learn as much as possible about the world of a young wizard.
Festival concept
What is interesting about the “Slanting Alley” fair? In shops working in the legendary lane, you could buy a full assortment of goodies, magic stationery, magic books and artifacts described in books about Harry Potter. In a separate area of the festival, guests were expected by the foretellers of the future, real magicians and fortunetellers. Creative personalities liked the workshops, during which you can make a variety of magical devices and just nice souvenirs with your own hands.
The real surprise for Harry Potter fans is the Magic and Technology zone, where you could learn more about virtual magic and receive scientific explanations of many magical events and phenomena.
In addition, festival guests could have a bite to eat at themed cafes, the most popular of which was the establishment with the book title "Leaky Cauldron". The visitors were offered an original menu: drinks from magic herbs, ice cream of all colors of the rainbow and many other very unusual dishes. The interactive fair was also remembered by visitors due to its special atmosphere, magical photo zones, meetings with interesting guests, quests and quizzes.
Special guests and interesting surprises
Within the framework of the “Diagon Alley” festival, everyone could meet with the country's most famous psychics, participants and winners of the Battle of Psychics project Natalya Banteyeva, Ekaterina Borisova, Vladimir Muranov, Dmitry Volkhov and many others.
One of the most memorable master classes of the fair was devoted to the study of snake language. After a short training, everyone could practice their skills by talking with a real python. At the festival site, a real sovarium worked - a store-exhibition of live owls. Another unusual guest of the event is the lemur predictor, the only beast in our country who has such vivid magical abilities.

Everyone could attend the magical event. Entrance to the territory of the festival space was carried out by special tickets. The cost of attending the event for adults (people over 21 years old) was 500 rubles, for students (12 years old-21 years old) - 300 rubles, for children (8-12 years old) - 100 rubles.
Children under 7 years old, accompanied by adults, could go to the fair for free. Tickets could be purchased in advance at the box office or directly at the entrance to the festival. Shopping in magic stores, cafes and restaurants was paid separately. The festival "Slanting Alley" was an incredible success and gathered a lot of enthusiastic reviews.
