In fact this is not true. To clarify the situation. In 2014, Mahmutlar officially became a district of Alanya, one might say, its suburb. From it to the city center a little over 11 km. An excellent asphalt road connects these settlements , along which minibuses “run” all day. You can get to the city in 20 minutes. On the seashore, you can also get to Mahmutlar from Alanya (walk), since beaches stretch along the coast with an endless ribbon. This former village, and now the urban area itself is small, there are only three central streets in it, but its infrastructure is well developed. There are many supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, the Russian Cultural Center, discos, beauty and health salons, and a market. From the eastern side (farthest from Alanya), Mahmutlar smoothly passes into the village called Kargichak, the border between which as such is not. This is the farthest resort in the region. It is remarkable only for its natural beauties - the Taurus Mountains, the sea coast and orange gardens. The infrastructure here is poorly developed, but hotel prices are the cheapest in all of Alanya. It is in this place that those who choose tours to the Alanya Klas Hotel will have a rest. Advertising brochures often confuse which village it is located in. Let us explain in Kargichak. The distance from here to Alanya is about 16 km, and to the airport in Antalya, where charters with Russian tourists arrive, almost 140 km. For the guests this, perhaps, is not so important, it matters to them that here each room has its own spacious balcony with views of the sea or the mountains surrounding the village.
The reception at Alanya Klas Hotel has friendly staff who understand Russian and are able to speak Russian, which helps a lot in solving current issues. Here you can not only get room keys, but also exchange money, buy a tour, call a doctor, taxi, rent things, rent a vehicle (car, motorcycle, bicycle). In the lobby, where the reception is located, there are comfortable sofas, armchairs, tables, a bar, and free wireless internet. By the way, you can use it only here, since nowhere else, including numbers, the Internet does not work, although theoretically it is.

For toddlers, the hotel has a separate children's pool, a mini club, where they engage with guests aged 4 to 12 years. According to vacationers, the guys work fine. All the shows they have are interesting, and the games and quizzes for adults are entertaining and not yet boring.
Beach
Of course, Turkey is famous all over the world for its wonderful beaches. Alanya Klas Hotel from the coastline is only 50 meters, but tourists cannot easily and quickly overcome them. An obstacle to this is the wide four-lane road. It’s better to cross it using the tunnel, but, according to the guests, there is no lighting there and the steps are not repaired. The difference is that a pier is built on one of the beaches, from which it is convenient to dive.

The infrastructure of Klas Dom Hotel Alanya has two conference rooms, a sauna, a hammam, a games room with board games, and an Internet cafe.

The furniture, linens and towels are old, the taps in some rooms do not close well, which is why water is constantly dripping. The equipment of all 194 rooms is the same and includes a TV, free air conditioning, a small refrigerator. The bathrooms have a shower with a shutter (without a tray), a toilet and a sink for washing hands. Hygiene products including soap, bath gel and shampoo are provided.
Nutrition
Tours at this hotel are also sold with Al. The principle of distribution of food is a buffet. Meals are held in the restaurant, which simultaneously serves guests from all three buildings, plus from two neighboring hotels, which always causes lines for any products. This is a small 3-star hotel, whose name in Russian sounds like “Klas Boutique”. It is located not far from other hotels of the Klas chain, but is more shifted to the residential part of the village. It is 200 meters from the coast. This hotel is considered a city hotel, so it has practically no territory, more precisely, its area is only 1000 m 2 . The organizers managed to place on it 1 seven-story building and 1 small pool with a bar and a gazebo, as well as an open terrace, where on warm summer evenings you can comfortably sit with a glass of a pleasant drink.
The compact territory of the hotel, however, is decorated with flowers, evergreen shrubs, palm trees, which creates a pleasant impression. There is a 24-hour reception in the lobby of the hotel. Employees speak Russian reasonably well, so there are no problems with resolving issues. The compact but cozy lobby has soft sofas and nice tables, a small shop with related products, a place for playing table tennis. There is a bar in the lobby, vending machines with juices and coffee are installed, and Wi-Fi catches well.
Residence
Klas Boutique Hotel Alanya has a total of 45 rooms, all of which are standard. Their area is only 16 m2, which tourists invariably mention in the reviews, especially those who came to rest with children and asked to install a crib in the room. However, according to the guests, for three stars the decor in the rooms and their equipment are normal. Each has a balcony with a clothes dryer, air conditioning (free), a TV, a small but good freezing refrigerator, and a hairdryer. There is no safe. Leisure at the hotel takes place only by the pool. Its depth is 165 cm, there is no children's zone, but there are always enough sunbeds around. You can also have a good time in the bar or in the lobby, chatting with friends on the Internet, which works well here.
The beach at the Hotel Klas Boutique is about the same as the rest of the hotels in the chain. Due to the distant location of the coastline from the hotel, its staff are almost not clean, but the beach bar works well.
