How to do it?
So, there are two ways to create a Windows Live ID on HTC, Xiaomi and other smartphones:
- From a personal computer, if there is a continuous Internet connection. You can create an account on an existing subscriber email account. You can still register a completely new mail, which will be your account in this service.
- When you turn on the phone for the first time on Windows. To create an account using this method, you need a good Internet connection (via mobile network or Wi-Fi).

Register for an existing e-mail

Once you confirm your mailbox, the registration process in the service can be considered successfully completed. Register new mail
The beginning of this procedure coincides with the first method. You must also go to the Microsoft website to create your account. Do not forget to indicate your age. When registering a new e-mail address, you must click on the link “Get a new email address”. You can use one of the Microsoft services here (@ hotmail.com or @ jutlook.com).
Do not forget that you must carefully fill out all the fields, and most importantly - correctly indicate your email address and phone number. The importance of this is indicated above.

Completing the account creation process
Once you verify your email, registering your profile may be considered successful. You just have to click “OK”, after which you will see the page of your personal account. After completing this step, you will be able to configure a new account in the Settings menu on your smartphone. The process is exactly the same as in the above method - you need to go to the tab "Create Windows Live ID". On Nokia, the interface may be slightly different, but the menu items will bear the same names.
