The first step is to draw a pattern and prepare all the materials for the job. What might be needed? Foamiran, iron, scissors and a stick for legs. We begin to manufacture gerbera. From foamiran, two long strips should be cut. One of them should be burgundy, the other pink.
Now you should cut both strips in turn. How to do it? Visually mark the center and make cuts along one edge to it. We try to make sure that they are all uniform.

The next action is picking the center of the flower. How to make a gerbera from foamiran so that it does not differ from the original? You need to try to assemble the product carefully, without rushing. Before you start making the middle of the flower, you should paint the wand. If you use a regular wooden skewer as a leg, which is worth taking for this purpose, then it is easy to paint it with acrylic paint.
Dip the stick in superglue and start wrapping a foamiran on it as shown in the picture. But to attach the tip of the material to the middle of the color you need not with glue, but with a heated iron. If you wish, you can make the stalk even wider by wrapping a thin strip of foamer on it. This is necessary not only for beauty, but also to give the construction stability.
When everything is ready, it remains to make leaves. We cut them out of green material, and if you have a special stamp, then you can use it to apply it to the vein sheet. If there is no such device, the veins should be painted with acrylic. Foameran is easily tinted, so there should not be any problems. Using an iron, we attach the leaves to the leg. In order to hold them firmly, not only the base, but also one third of the green blank should be glued to the stem.

If you don’t want to spend money on material, you can use a dry pastel to tint the foamer, giving it any color. Of course, blue from red will be problematic, so it is desirable that the base is white or beige.
