How to make a panel of beads with your own hands?

Beadwork is one of the most exciting activities. Literally before our eyes, small, unremarkable beads turn into works of art. One of the most time-consuming and beautiful works is a panel made of beads. Indeed, unlike ordinary paintings, it is performed in volume, for which each element is woven separately, often even in different techniques. The easiest way to understand how this is done is by example. The first panel made of beads on their own can be a bouquet of flowers. Elements of such work are made using the simplest techniques.

Materials and tools for work

In order to make a panel of beads with your own hands, you first need to prepare everything you need for work. You will need materials:

- cutting beads in green and white colors - 5 grams each;

- the same amount of pink beads (you can take other colors);

- thin wire for weaving;

- thick wire for attaching to the frame;

- green floral tape to hide the wire (can be replaced with paint or varnish of the corresponding color);

- the frame itself (it is best to take a dark wooden frame).

You will also need nippers, a nylon thread for attaching, an organizer for beads or a palette, and a special flannel for working with beads.

Production of constituent elements

First you need to make all the elements of the panel from beads: pink buds and flowers, small white flowers - gypsophila and leaves. All of them are performed in different techniques, and this part of the work will require not a single evening. After all, the elements themselves are composed of components. You can start work with any of them, for example, with flowers.

1. To make the rose look natural, each of its petals is woven separately. It is necessary to collect 9 beads on a wire 60 cm long and twist it in the form of a drop. To fasten, double-wrap the wire around its axis.

2. Then you need to dial another 18 pieces and repeat everything. Beads may need a little more or less, since the beads can be uneven. Therefore, before each fastening of the wire, it is worth trying a row with beads. There will be 5 such rows in each petal, and 60 of them will be required.

3. After all the petals are made, you can begin to assemble roses and buds. Their number in each flower may be different. The result should be 3 pretty large roses and 2 buds. Each petal should be slightly bent outward. Elements between themselves need to be fastened with a thin thread.

4. You can start weaving leaves for the panel of beads. They are made from green cutting beads using French technology. Take a piece of wire 60 cm long and collect 7 beads on it. Wrap the tip around its axis and fasten. Make 4 bead turns around this base.

5. In total, 24 such sheets need to be made, and then connected into branches of 3. Also, sepals should be made for the buds. They consist of 4 sheets fastened in the form of clover.

6. It remains to make 2 branches of gypsophila from white bead-cutting. Take an arbitrary piece of wire. Collect 4 beads, fold in half and twist around its axis. The result will be a loop. Next, picking also 4 beads, make a twig.

Assembling a panel of beads on a frame

1. Screw the thick base wire diagonally to the wooden frame. You can mount it in different ways, including using adhesive tape. It is on it that the whole composition will be collected.

2. First of all, you need to connect the prepared buds and sepals with the help of a nylon thread. Now, in random order, alternately twist branches with leaves, gypsophila and flowers onto the wire. First you can try everything on to get a more harmonious composition.

3. Mask the scanning wire with a green floral tape. If it is not, you can wrap the floss with thread or dye it with paint.

Finally

As a result of such painstaking work, a very interesting panel made of beads will turn out. The master class, however, can only serve as a starting point. So, roses can be made in other colors, and gypsophila can be turned into branches of mimosa by making them from yellow and green beads. And the number of sheets, buds and other elements of the panel can be different.
