In winter, trains depart only from the Kazan station, in summer, routes from Paveletsky and Kursky are added to them. So, for example, you can get to Adler by train from St. Petersburg, Murmansk or other cities. Double decker train

One of the most interesting ways to travel on the Adler-Moscow route without a doubt is the new double-decker train number 104 with the beautiful name "Muscovy". He leaves from the Kazan station in Moscow.

The Moscow-Adler double-decker train was launched on November 1, 2013 and became the first and so far the only double-decker train in Russia, making serious competition to air travel. It has a number of advantages not only in the external and internal design, but also in other aspects.

One of the main features of the train is that there are no reserved seats in it; there are only coupes and SVs. The train running along the Moscow-Adler route even has separate TVs and showers for places of increased comfort.

In the usual compartment carriages of a double-decker train, there are kitchenettes with microwave ovens and sinks for washing dishes. Each compartment has 3 dry closets, which will avoid inconvenience. It is also very convenient that the developers added sockets for electrical appliances to the train.

In places where there is a signal, free Wi-Fi is available on the train, however, passengers note poor speed. Also, passengers claim that in the train, even despite two floors, high ceilings, almost like in the usual composition. Unlike other Russian models, the new one even has 2 places for disabled people.

Every day, 2 trains run on the Moscow-Adler route: No. 104 and No. 102. Note that the train number 104 leaves at different times depending on the date. Train number 202 travels on odd days. For the remaining trains No. 471 and No. 034, it is necessary to separately specify the departure date, since they travel only on certain days.

Ticket price

Ticket prices vary greatly depending on the season, conditions and type of train.

The minimum ticket price for a reserved seat car starts at about 2,900 rubles. A ticket in a compartment car will cost the least in a double-decker train number 104 - about 3,600 rubles. According to Russian Railways, in the near future they are not going to change the cost of this train. The price of a seat in an SV car is from about 12,000 rubles.
