A lamb made of sweets is an unusual sweet gift that can be made quickly and easily. There are several ways to create this unique toy with your own hands. Let's consider two options: a lamb from foamiran and from napkins.
Candy lamb: a master class on creating a toy from foamiran
Foamiran is a plastic material that resembles soft and dense suede to the touch. This material easily changes shape under the influence of high temperature, therefore it is often used by needlewomen to create various jewelry and toys. The color scheme and special plasticity allows you to make inflorescences close in appearance to natural ones, dolls and animal figures. In the “candy lamb” workshop, we will use several shades of foamiran: pink or flesh for the muzzle and legs of the lamb, beige for ears and brown for hooves and nose.
For work, you will also need the following materials and tools:

- white organza;
- glue gun;
- iron;
- white corrugated paper;
- sandpaper;
- stationery knife;
- artificial eyes;
- candy;
- wire;
- coins of 5 and 10 rubles;
- Scotch.
At the first stage of creating a lamb of sweets with our own hands, we will make a blank for the head. To do this, take a piece of penoplex 5 cm wide and use a sharp knife to cut off part of the material, giving the base a pear-shaped shape. Then with the help of sandpaper we remove the rough parts.
Now you need to take a flesh-colored foamiran intended for the head, heat it on an iron and quickly pull it onto the workpiece, smoothing out all the bumps. Fix the edges of the material in the neck with a glue gun.
How to make a trunk and legs for a lamb
The next stage is the formation of the body. From the penoplex we cut a block of 10 x 12 cm 5 cm thick for the body and a small piece of 1 x 2 cm for the lamb neck. Wrap the blanks in corrugated paper. The front and back hooves of the figure must be of different sizes, therefore, using coins, we outline two pairs of circles and cut out blanks 1 cm high.Then they need to insert wooden skewers 8 cm long. Separately, we cut strips for hoofs from brown material and attach them with an iron.
We make a face
From beige and white foamiran we cut two blanks for ears of different sizes and connect them. To make a lamb out of candy, a convex nose, cut out a brown blank and heat it on an iron until it decreases. Pull and glue a little to the face. Then add the eyes. From a thin stretch of brown foamiran we form a smile. We make horns from wire, braiding them with corrugated paper. We connect all parts of the lamb from sweets by gluing them to each other.

Now you need to arrange the head of the figure. You can do this by cutting the organza into 7 x 7 cm squares and folding each of them several times in half and gluing the edges together to make curls. You can use the kanzashi technique and arrange the lamb’s head by folding round petals and securing them with a lighter or a candle. In total, approximately 40 such blanks will be needed. Curls for the body need to be made larger. To do this, cut the squares of 35 x 35 cm and twist them with a spiral. The edges need to be glued to wooden skewers and inserted into the body at a small distance from each other. Between them we attach round candies to scotch tape - and the original gift is ready! The muzzle of the toy can be toned with blush.
Napkin Lamb
Another option for creating a figurine is using the papier-mâché technique. The body for the lamb from sweets can be made into a regular newspaper by rolling a dense ball out of it and wrapping it with tape. For the legs you will need a foam or floristic sponge, from which blanks are cut in the same way as in the previous version. Then, all parts of the body need to be glued with napkins, PVA glue is used for this. The body is decorated with corrugated paper, small flowers are twisted from the napkins divided into layers and glued to the body. Following are attached sweets. It remains to make horns and draw eyes - and the figure is ready.
Decoration options can be changed using threads, artificial flowers or pieces of bright cotton fabric to decorate the torso. A figurine with sweets is a wonderful birthday present for a child.
