Vakha Arsanov was an active participant in the Chechen conflict from 1990 to 2000. Vakha acted as a high-ranking leader of the self-proclaimed Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. In addition to his leadership position, the leader actively contributed to the formation and selection of the population in the National Guard of Ichkeria and for a long time served as vice president of CRI.

The future leader of the named Chechen Republic of Ichkeria was born in 1950 in the western region of the Botlikh region of the Dagestan ASSR. At school, the boy showed success and enjoyed authority among peers. After graduation, Vakha Arsanov worked as a driver for a short time. Then, after a few years, he again moved to his homeland and worked in the local traffic police department. Thanks to his dedication to work and aspiration, the guy received the rank of police captain.

At this time, there are two versions of what happened, the first tells us that Vakha was killed during a special operation of the Russian troops, and the second indicates a pre-prepared counter-terrorism measure.
