Sergios Hotel has a compact cozy area. It is located on the main street of the small resort town of Hersonissos. Within walking distance from it there are many cafes and taverns, inexpensive souvenir shops. Vacationers can independently get to Star BeachWater Park - an amusement park. Tour operators recommend this hotel, both for active family vacations, and for youth.
Infrastructure
Although Sergios Hotel 3 * offers a very extensive list of services. On the ground floor there is a currency exchange, a small shop, dry cleaning, a doctor’s office (paid), an Internet cafe, a TV room. Reception is open 24 hours a day. If rooms are available, check-in is carried out without bureaucratic delays. There you can rent a cell in the storage room and use the depository safe.
The hotel has its own parking. On the ground floor there is an office for renting vehicles - cars or motorbikes.

The housing stock of the hotel is equipped in one four-story building, as well as in annex-building. The Sergios Hotel has just 99 beautifully decorated, cozy rooms of the Standard and SUPERIOR categories, in front of which there is a terrace or balcony. In total, the hotel is able to accept at the same time about 280 residents. Standard rooms have one room with an area of 18 square meters. They are located only on the ground floor. The maximum number of residents is three people. In addition to beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe and chairs, there is a refrigerator, a telephone, a TV that broadcasts only satellite channels, including one Russian, as well as air conditioning, for which you need to pay an additional six euros per day. Wireless Internet connection is free. A paid service is also the use of a built-in small safe.
SUPERIOR rooms also have one room. Their area is 22 square meters. The situation in them is the same as in the standard category rooms.
Bathrooms combined. They have a shower and bath. Of the accessories in the bathroom there is also a hairdryer. The staff performs room cleaning and updating of towels and hygiene items daily at the most convenient time for residents.

Sergios Hotel (Hersonissos) operates on an all-inclusive basis. Breakfast can be provided in three types: from 07:30 to 10:00 in the main restaurant, early continental (04: 00-07: 30) and late (10: 00-11: 00). Of the drinks in the morning, cocoa, filtered coffee, milk, espresso and cappuccino, juices (except freshly squeezed), tea and water from the apparatus are offered. Buffet lunch is available from 12:30 to 14:30 in the main restaurant. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the snack bar located by the pool, you can get a variety of snacks, as well as toasts, pizza, popcorn and ice cream. Coffee, tea and cookies are freely available in the main bar from 16:00 to 17:30. Dinner runs from 19:00 to 21:30 in the main restaurant. Themed culinary evenings are held here three times a week - Mexican, Asian, Mediterranean, Cretan, Italian, etc. At lunch and dinner you can get the following drinks: soft drinks, as well as homemade wine and draft beer. From midnight to two in the morning you have to pay for alcohol.
For children
Sergios Hotel, the service in which is quite limited for children, is offered by tour operators primarily to those tourists who come for outdoor activities. For younger customers, this hotel offers only a children's section in the pool, a cot in the room, available upon request, and a highchair.

A massage service is available on site. If desired, residents can play billiards, electronic games in the Internet cafe, as well as engage in water sports - banana, parasurfing, water cycling and skiing - on the beach. Sergios Hotel does not have its own swimming area. The beach is at a distance of about one hundred and fifty meters. It is urban, so the use of trestle beds and umbrellas must be paid separately. Everything is provided for a comfortable pastime, there are also showers and a toilet. The coating is pebble and sand, therefore, judging by the reviews, the presence of special rubber shoes is necessary. Those who did not bring with them should not despair, because it can be purchased at any nearby store, including the hotel. Paid is also a beach bar.
Sergios Hotel: reviews
Many Russians share their impressions that initially, even before arriving at this hotel, they were very worried about the low category of the Sergios hotel. But their fears on the spot immediately dissipated. Moreover, many regretted not buying a longer tour. The ratio of value to the quality of the service offered is simply amazing.
The rooms are comfortable. Many Russians liked the presence of a balcony from which an excellent panorama opened. The furniture is new, the plumbing works fine. The staff, judging by the reviews, works great. Everything is clean, bedding just shines, towels are changed even in some cases twice a day.
As for food, there are also no complaints. Tasty, healthy and varied - this is how our compatriots who have already had time to relax at Sergios Hotel speak about food. I especially liked the pastries, in particular cakes. In general, there are practically no complaints about the hotel itself, except perhaps about its small territory, as well as the lack of any entertainment on site. Therefore, many advise young people to come here, who will spend most of their time in the city.
The discontent among our compatriots was caused by a group transfer. And although Sergios Hotel is only 25 kilometers from the Heraklion airport, guests arrived at the hotel only forty minutes later. The bus was stuffy, and there were a lot of people in it. But this is a minus of the host.
In the end, we can say that the vast majority of Russians hope to return to this hotel yet to spend their holidays just as well.
