There are many picturesque places in Moscow, among which a wonderful place is occupied by a wonderful forest park called Terletsky. Its area is 142 hectares, next to it is the Izmailovsky Forest Park - a specially protected area. Terletsky park was founded in 1972, it has several names, for example, "Terletsky oak forest" or "Terletsky ponds". There are more than five ponds with bridges, islets and small sandy beaches. The coastline is protected by concrete and log structures. On the beaches, all comfortable conditions for relaxation are created: comfortable changing cabins, clean bathing areas.
Park Features
In early 1972, Terletsky Park was part of Izmailovsky. After separation, he began to acquire his own traits. The park received its name from the names of the owners of the estate, which before the revolution was located on this place - Torletsky. Today, each visitor can see the wooden building with columns and the Church of the Savior of the Holy Face. The park consists of perpendicularly located alleys, in addition, one cannot just take his eyes off magnificent ponds. These ponds were here already in the 18th century. Today, of course, they are reconstructed and have a presentable appearance. The area of the largest pond is 10 ha.
Moscow landmark
Many believe that the noisiest city in Russia is Moscow. Terletsky park, which is one of the most popular attractions of the capital, shows that this is not entirely true. The park is always happy to meet lovers of a relaxing holiday in the lap of nature. Recently it was reconstructed, and the city government equipped a modern recreation area there, built sports grounds and entertainment corners. Zones for children were created, swings and attractions were delivered. In addition, there is the opportunity to ride on the pond - on a catamaran, a motor boat. Terletsky park has a stable. There you can learn to ride horses, or just rent them. For beginners, instructors specially work who at any time will help and teach riding skills.
Nature park
Terletsky Park (photo) is considered one of the most beautiful in Moscow. It has many trees, whose age exceeds 300 years. There you can find linden, maple, birch and black alder. There are also pine, spruce and oak trees in the park. Of the animals there are ducks, dives and ordinary forest animals. Terletsky Park is full of children's play complexes, ladders, bridges, slides and other entertainments. Across the territory are gazebos, awnings and benches. There you can relax, spend a day off or just enjoy the silence. The park is very large, you can go into the depths and no one will bother you. All items and details are perfect and complement each other. There are also information boards, free parking and small restaurants on site. Unfortunately, only ponds are regularly cleaned in the park, so trash on the tracks is not uncommon. Therefore, cleanliness in the park is the responsibility of every vacationer.
