All three houses are designed for a maximum of six people. They are two story. On the first level there is an entrance hall with a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two more berths and the possibility of adding two more. The houses are decorated in the appropriate country style: the log walls of the log house are decorated with animal skins, cast metal lamps are hung everywhere. In addition, the kitchen area has everything necessary for a comfortable stay - dining furniture, dishes, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a stove and a microwave. This circumstance is especially to the liking of those who like to cook from their own fish, as well as for mushroom pickers and hunters.
Cottages
One of them - Svetly Terem - is located on the lake, a few minutes walk from the restaurant. This is a two-story house with six double rooms. Four of them have separate beds, two have large double beds. Each room has the opportunity to get one extra bed. Bathrooms feature showers, hair dryers and slippers. The rooms are equipped with LCD TVs with DVD players, there is a connection to satellite channels, wireless Internet, refrigerators.

The rest of the cottages, Nos. 3–8, are of the same type. They are two-story solid fellings from pine. Each of them has two rooms with the possibility of accommodation: 2 + 2, 2 + 4 people.

Park Hotel "SDL" (Ostashkov) offers accommodation and a quadrodome - cottages Nos. 9–11. These original one-story houses have four cross-wise rooms that are interconnected by one large common hall. At the same time, each apartment has its own separate entrance. Two of them are decorated in red, and the other two in blue.
The rooms are equipped with large double beds, there is the possibility of an extra bed. The cottages have a large kitchen area - common to all. Cottage No. 12 is the same quadrod located on the far side. It is a one-story log house with three rooms located crosswise. There is an extension in which a real Russian bath is arranged. The rooms open onto one large common lounge with a fireplace in the center. On winter evenings, vacationers gather here to chat and drink a glass of cognac with a crack of firewood.
As in the other quadrodoms, each room also has separate entrances. The apartments have double beds, on request you can get another extra bed - a cot.
Each room has a separate exit to Lake Sig or to an individual gazebo. Near the cottage a pontoon is arranged, from which it will be very convenient for vacationers to fish. From the windows you can watch deer, elk, yak, roe deer and other animals that live on the territory. Park Hotel is a kind of conservation area in which, if desired, you can feed these animals with your hands.
There is a separate territory for hunting. Since cottage No. 12 is intended mainly for those who come here to catch animals, the price includes free fishing and special equipment, including a walkie-talkie.
