Should I turn off this system?
If you carefully read the beginning of the article, then you probably can doubt the need to deactivate UAC. Disable user account control (namely, its name is deciphered) can only be allowed by truly experienced users who are fully aware of their actions.
Unfortunately, self-confident users do not want to follow smart tips at all, and therefore stop the useful service without hesitation. The humor of the situation is that in many cases they do not even see the need to use an antivirus, so the results of such an initiative turn out to be very sad.

Press the key combination “Windows + R”, after which a field for launching programs will open. Enter the command “secpol.msc” into it and press the “Enter” key. The "Local Security Policy" utility will be launched.
In it, you need to select the item "Local Policies", which has a section "Security Settings". In the list, find the line “User control: behavior of the request for elevation of rights for administrators in administrator approval mode”, then double-click on it with the left mouse button.

If you are not confident in your abilities, you can turn off a boring service in a simpler way. To do this, use the “Windows + R” key combination again, after which the “MSConfig” command is entered in the field that appears.
A dialog box opens in which we are interested in the "Service" tab. It should contain the “Account Settings” item, which you need to select with the left mouse button. Click on the “Run” button. After that, you can close the dialog box and send the computer to restart.
This is how you can disable UAC control. But we would once again want to warn you that the consequences of such a shutdown should be imagined as clearly as possible.
